DVA Assessment
Our Tinnitus Assessment is designed to help identify the exacerbating factors of your tinnitus and provide tailored strategies to manage it effectively.
During this 90-minute session, we conduct an in-depth evaluation to uncover factors contributing to your tinnitus, whether they're related to hearing loss, muscular issues, or other medical conditions.
Based on your individual needs, we create a personalised management plan and, if necessary, provide referrals to trusted professionals such as Ear Nose and Throat Surgeons, physiotherapists, or counsellors who specialise in tinnitus management.

Complete the tinnitus form provided by our clinic. You’ll be sent a copy when we book your appointment.
Includes a detailed evaluation of your hearing and ear health, followed by a discussion of results and personalised recommendations for management where required.
Our goal is to understand not only your hearing thresholds, but also how your hearing may be affecting communication in everyday situations. Where appropriate, we can also arrange referrals to your GP or medical specialist.
Diagnostic services available include
• Pure tone audiometry
• Speech recognition in quiet and background noise
• Impedance audiometry (tympanometry)
• Acoustic reflex testing
• Distortion Product Otoacoustic Emissions (DPOAEs)
Assessments typically take 60–90 minutes and are tailored to your individual needs. Following the evaluation, your audiologist will explain the results and discuss appropriate management options.
